Defined by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), INCOTERMS® 2010 are a commonly in international commercial transport to clearly stipulate the obligations of buyers and sellers within international transactions and procurement processes.

Within the terms exist two categories, common terms and terms specific for sea and inland waterway transport.
